I've got another menu that need help.

I have a motion menu with several buttons. I use pgcedit to hide some of the buttons. But only this is not so nice since the video still has the "wordings" for the hidden button. So I tried to add a dark mask and "In Disc 2" text onto the motion menu. What I did was:

0. PgcEdit to save the buttons and commands.
1. PgcDemux the cell of the motion menu.
2. DGDecode the mpv to avi.
3. Capture a bmp from the cell.
4. Use photoshop to add the text and a 40% black fill on the position of the hidden buttons.
5. Import the avi in 2 and the layer in 4 to Premiere and export a remade avi.
6. Input the remade avi to Tmpgenc and encode to m2v.
7. MuxMan the m2v with the original ac3 and sup to an VIDEO_TS folder.
8. Use VobBlank to replace the menu cell with the one from 7.
9. Use PgcEdit to put back the buttons and commands from 0.

It started very well until Step 7. Muxman stopped with message "GOP contains more than 36 pictures at 801526 of ........m2v.". Anybody know what went wrong? Are the rest of my steps ok?

That's over the legal limit for a DVD (1.2 seconds). Most GOPs have 18 frames for NTSc and 15 for PAL (0.4 seconds).

Have you tried DVD Remake Pro (http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/index.php)? It can do what you want - at least for a still menu. http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/ht_customize_menu_background.php

Thanks for the reply. But how can I control the no. of pictures in a GOP? In Tmpgenc, the GOP structure is IBBPBBPBBPBBP. The MAX number of frames in GOP is 13. BUt I still got the same message, this time it is still 36 pictures but at 799123.
