wmv encoding settings

anyone know good encoding settings for encoding Avi to wmv 8/9
but still have good quality

and could you post wmv widescreen resolutions and fullscreen resolutions

Well, if you want good quality WMV, I'd use
- Video: 320x240, 611kbps CBR
- Audio: 80kbps, 44.1khz, stereo CBR

Try that and see if you like those results, if those aren't good enough, just make the video bitrate 808kbps and make the audio 192kbps and keep the resolution at 320x240.
