@solid_snake
Thats absolutely correct.
If you set the button to "invisible normal", you can only see the highlight of the button if it is selected and not the button picture itself.
You can change the highlight color and opacity in the menu properties.
If you want to see a real soccer ball as highlight, then you have to compose the button with at least 2 different button pictures at the same place (one for the black and one for the white part of the soccer ball) and to assign each button picture to a different "Button Hi-Lite group".
Set the highlight color of the first picture to black and the second picture to white.
Then combine both pictures to one button with the "Group hotspot" function.
Now you have a button with a black and white highlight picture as a soccer ball even if the buttons are set to "invisible normal".

If you want to see how a highlight subpic can look like, download the examples in this THREAD (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=756971#post756971) and check out example 1.
You are restricted to 3 colors for a highlight subpic. I have used black, white and grey for this well known animal.
But since you seems to be a beginner, I would set the buttons to "visible" in DVDLab and the opacity of the highlight to the half. Then you see your soccer balls on every menu line and you can identify the selected one by the highlight color. This is much more easier.

Thanks goonix for help me, well I try with dvdlab pro the option: Menu->Scene Selection Menu->Switched Menu, I don't know if you use this option before, I try and seems that works, the only thing that not work is the audio of the menu, cause every time that I change the link, the music, start from the begining and not continue.

Yes, that's the disadvantage of a switched menu: The music starts over.
There is nothing you can do...

To show how it looks if you design your menu according to my first post, I have made a short example.
http://www.goonix.biz/download/overlap/soccerball.jpg
You can download the DVDLab *.dal file and the pictures (white part and black part of the soccer ball) here: ASSETS (http://www.goonix.biz/download/overlap/soccerball.rar)
Open the dal file and the menu should work (left picture).
If you select the white part of the soccer ball (2 times ALT+Left mouse button) and use the "Send to Back" button of DVDLab,
then the black lines of the soccer ball look thicker (right picture), because they are now in the foreground.
Maybe you like one or the other.
Playing around with this example, you get a feeling how this can be done in DVDLab.
