I have put all my old papers on a simple website so they are accesible again.
In addition the research software I developed for codec comparison is available as a GNU LGPL package (source only) on the site. I have tested it on OS X, linux, and cygwin.
Keep in mind this is research software and not bullet proof. It is not even bullet resistant. Use at your own risk.
