AVC in 3GP via Quicktime7

Well, it's not very useful at the moment, but QT 7 Pro allows AVC in 3GPP (AVC will be officially introduced in the 3GPP standard in the release 6, I think).

Yep, baseline profile only. I can't upload a file right now, maybe I can upload it tomorrow (if you need it).
Anyway this is the exporting to 3GPP page (sorry it's in Italian, because I don't find the language settigs, cursed Apple).
