What mux tools I can use to merge videoa stream from MeGui ( .mp4 ), with 1 or 2 audio streams ( .ac3 or .dts ) into an .mkv

I also need to define detination aspect ratio ( like in MKV-tool-nic ) ... bcoz : my videos are anamorphics ...
