I've used celticdruid's mplayer builds and OSD works fine. Just make sure you have the "font" configured properly. Your "mplayer\config" file should have a line pointing to a "font.desc" file, like:
font="SomePath\font.desc"
Where "font.desc" is a file distruibuted alongside "iso-8859-1-a.raw", "iso-8859-1-b.raw", "osd-mplayer-a.raw", "osd-mplayer-b.raw". I got these files from some other mplayer distribution, though. Not sure which one, but probably one of Sherpya (http://oss.netfarm.it/mplayer-win32.php) or Sascha (http://ftp.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/win32-beta/).
Edit: I couldn't find the specific build, but attached the proper "font" directory. Just extract it somewhere and make your "mplayer\config" point to it.

I can't save your atachment, but i find some files in mplayer's homepage.
Now it show me OSD :)
Thanks.
But i think is a good idea if celtic include some file in archive and proper config file. i thing it's not big job ;)
Or, if we want save some space in archive, just coment in config file WHAT to do for working OSD.
Now we have something like: extract in clear machine, run, and... OSD dont work...
I use another distrbutive until this time only because i instal it for my friends and mplayer work all time, in totaly wrong system codecs/players/setings/ect.
but without OSD it's dont look prety ;)
Thanks again :)

Good to hear it worked.
