i know, i am new, mabe this forum is wrong place for my question but please understand me, others really dont know how to help....
My computer is 800mhz duron, 512 sdram,, and i need to watch movies in rmvb format on it, but the problem is that my computer is too slow for that, i installed real alternative and i canyt watch because if there is fast action its freezing dropping stopping chopping and i cant watch it,, i installed crystal player, it was ok because there is something like buffer allocate for decompresssed video data, ok but every two minutes i waiting for buffer to allocate memry , it is so annoying, nervous etc, so i installed reall player and for THAN rmvb movies works extra fine, no choping no freezing everything ok but only in real player, not in windows medai player or media player classic, i think this players still useing real alternative codecs but i need to add subtitles to movie=i need to watch movie which is in rmvb file and load subtitles which are in txt file, i dont want to vobsub or virtual dub or etc to build subtitles into the movie but i want to watch movie with subtitles, i need to load movie and then load subtitles to watch the movie with subtitles, i think you know what i mean, like in media player classic, load subtitles or etc, BUT REALPLAYER dont have option to load subtitles from txt file,i tried to install divxg400 to have subtitles but this dshow filter works only i f i play in standard player, then g400 icon isdisplayed but in realplayer divxg400 is not loading but i need subtitles, how to make it to work ? i installed mingw on windows and compiled mplayer to use --with-reallibdir(location of my c:\program files\common files\real\codecs) and movie is playing ok, no chopping but sound is too late, sound is jumping slowing etc,(sorry for my english i am from poland) so what should i do ? what player should i use ? how to compile mplayer to work fine ? i need player with load subtitles option like mplauyer or mpc and with realplayer codecs useing what shoul i do ? what if i uninstall real and realalternaticvve and install only media player classic and helig ? PLEASE HEEEEEEEELP
