Hi. I have used DVDDecrypter for a long time now on my NEC ND3540A drive. However, I bought two Brand New DVDs today and tied to decrypt them in ISO mode. The DVDs had read errors. I returned the DVDs and obtained two new copies of the same titles. These DVDs have the same errors at the same positions. The DVDs play without any problems on my stand-alone Philips DVD player. Can someone please tell me what the problem might be? Thanks.

Does Sony/Columbia ARccOS copy protection rings a bell?

Or probably Macrovision Ripguard.

Try this:
How to backup ARccOS DVDs (http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=56831).

And also try ripping in "File" mode instead of ISO; it seems to give better results, even w/ most ARccOS protected discs.
