Xvid menu's

ive been hearing rumours that there is a hacked version of Xvid which supports menu's. Can someone pls tell me a link where i can get information on this.

Never heard that before - maybe you're talking about the ability to have menus etc. in MP4 container, or DivX's extensions to avi or even matroska.

XviD is just a video codec. Got nothing to do with menus really. As pointed out, it is the container that does that.

its a different container i think its matroska or something.

As far as I know there are 4 containers that support menu:
DivX: "Divx" container
mp4: the official mpeg4 container
mkv: matroska container
ratdvd: ratdvd container

From a practical point of view only ratdvd and DivX are usable and can be read into players.
Mkv ebml supports menu but there is no tools to "rip" menu from DVD and there is no DirectShow filter allowing to play the menu into a player like ratDVD does.
For mp4 I don't know at this moment if there is anything that has been done for menu.

And in fact, Matroska already has dvdmenuxtractor for automated DVD menu conversion.

I think that Xvid can be put in "Divx", Mp4, Matroska, I'm right? And about ratdvd? It acepts what?
