Conversion software which supports DTS audio and subtitles

I have a DVD movie with DTS only audio and I'd like to convert it to Divx, including subtitles. I tried tons of ripping/converting software but they either doesn't support DTS and/or subtitles. Can you please tell me which software I can use?

Have you tried AVISynth? You have to download some plugins, but it should work.

As an alternative, your original, purchased DVD MUST (by DVD standards) have an .AC3 audiostream as well. Either rip the .AC3 audiostream or re-rip the video with the .AC3 audiostream from your DVD...

there are definately non-standard discs out there, however. for example, nine inch nails - and all that could have been, comes in both DTS only and AC3 only versions.
