How can I create a DVD with episodes?

I got a tv tuner card and have gotten some shows, but now need to burn episodes to DVD. Some are in MPG format and some i've converted to DivX. Most shows are 1 hour although some are 30 minutes. All I can find on converting to DVD's is a single file conversion, but these are multiple files.
