I captured a movie from DVB-S used ProjectX to demux and created a DVD with around 8GB
Wanted to use Rebuilder 1.05.1to compress to a DVD-5 but it crashed nearly at the end with a buffer overflow!
Any idea?

"Nearly at the end" ... you mean on "Rebuild" phase? If yes... have you tried to Rebuild with 'Special Error Processing' On (Checked)? - Just don't forget to disable it after the job gets done.

Please post your log. It sounds like something went wrong and there is some video missing. That message is DVD-RB telling you there is something wrong with the source...

I also got that #003 error with dvd-rb v1.05.1
The weird thing is, I had just had a successful back up of the same dvd with only DD5.1 & DC2.0 for audio. I still had a good biterate, that I desided to back it up with DTS audio also and that when I got the error.
I attached some files that my help you to help me :)
Thanks!

my files did only contain mp2 audio cbr 256kbits.
But i recognised that the mpeg captured from TV did change aspect ratio at some point (from 16:9 to 4:3). Does that matter?
I don't know but the error of rebuilder showed up at one time at around 87% while the second time at around 67%.
Another encoder (HC) didn't work either.
The error didn't show up while encoding but while rebuilder did something.
