Muxman: Leaving a stream blank

Is there any way to have Muxman do this: Have something in stream 1, nothing in stream 2 (as if stripped), and again something in stream 3. With both audio and subpictures.

I tried changing the stream numbers in the project file but the the remux was still done sequentially (stream 1, stream 2, no stream 3).

Not directly since MuxMan uses a very flexible automatic stream number assignment that avoids missing stream numbers. However since the method allows having titles with different types of audio/subs you could add a dummy title to use stream 2. This title would have to use streams 1 and 2, and be before the title with streams 1 and 3.
