CloneDVD + AnyDVD Error

Hey guys I am getting the following:

for some reason using clonedvd + Anydvd on the movie Battle Royale 2 (SE).

I used DVDFab on the dvd and it blew through it no problem. I am simply trying to backup a complete DVD9 img to my harddrive. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried cleaning the DVD? Is the DVD physically damaged?

What version of AnyDVD and CloneDVD are you using?
