I'm building a CarPC/Media Center PC and I'm in need of a low profile pci sound card. I'd prefer one that has a "2.1" mode where I can have separate stereo and subwoofer outputs. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Although that USB thing sounds like a good idea, I'm really looking for a low-profile pci model.

usualy 2.1 sound is over 1 stereo jack (2.0). The sub takes the data from the stereo channels. Only 5.1 (and 4.1?) has a separate sub channel.
