i have some movies encoded to Nero Digital Standard AVC profile. unfortunately when i burn the files to DVD and try to playback them with Nero Showtime on my computer the video stutters from time to time. when i copy them back to harddisk they play fine. seems as Showtime has a limited prebuffer. i have not found any options where i could change the buffer-settings. i have the latest 2.0.1.4
now i tried Media Player Classic for the first time, and it plays the files back fine without any problems. unfortunately there i cannot switch between different audio-streams and subtitles. i have all available streams listed under filters, but i cannot set or change any of them.
so maybe one can help me with either improving showtime performance from DVD or provide settings for media player classic to be able to switch between audio-streams and show subtitles.
