How to copy Multi Episodic discs such as the serie 24 ?

Just select Full mode?

How to deselect extras?

Yup, just use full mode. You can blank the extras if you're using the Pro version by using the segment viewer, or I guess you could try a tool like DVDReMake before hand. I've done 24 myself and they came out great!

after you run prepare got to (depending on the skin in use) settings and under that menu you should see an option for view segmant viewer/editor

this will allow you to select which parts of the disk you want to keep/remove

Also, when doing an episodic disc, make sure you never set any value for "Steal Space from Extras" -- anything other than the largest VTS is considered to be an "Extra" -- so you may damage the quality of several episodes in order to improve one.
