Movie, extras in same VTS. How can I adjust bitrates separately?

Hello. Working on a DVD here, all content is in one titleset. Running through DVD-RB 1.05.1 and the main movie bitrate is really getting clobbered due to this. I was wondering what options I have to adust the extras bitrates down exclusive from the movie's bitrate.

I tried RB-Optimizer -- but when it reads my .INF, it displays a TargetSectors value that is completely different from the project and upon making adjustments and writing the .ECL file... it changes and/or adds all kinds of different parameters.

I don't know if this is how this tool is supposed to work and/or what other options there might be for this kind of problem? Thanks...

I've just been trying RB-Optimizer in the last few days and from what I can gather, it completely overrides DVD-RBs settings after the prepare phase with its own! Give it a go - I did and got great results by getting the extras bitrate right down!
