VobBlanker: Help Files Not Showing Up

On the VobBlanker menu, when I click on Help/Contents I get the Help menu on the left but the topics that are supposed to show up in the right window are all labled "Action canceled. Internet Explorer was uable to link the Web page you requested." The Help/Index is doing the same thing - I get the index but clicking on any item doesn't bring it up.

I tried deleting the program and redownloading and installing it, but the same thing is happening.

The help file VobBlanker.chm has to be installed in the same folder than VobBlanker.exe.

In the beta zips I'm not including the help file, so if you are using one beta, you have to copy the help file from the latest official release version

EDIT: Tips: A double click in VobBlanker.chm also should open the help system. F1 key on a VobBlanker dialog should open the related page.

If you DL the wizard installer, it will install VobBlanker (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm), PgcEdit (http://www.videohelp.com/~r0lZ/pgcedit/index.html) and the plugins in a folder of your choice, including both help files.
