personally i would download ImgToolClassic, avaliable here:
http://www.coujo.de/
and also here:
doom9 software download page (http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/software.htm)
and also ImgBurn, avaliable here:
ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com/)

use ImgToolClassic, to create an .iso image of your DVD files (please note VIDEO_TS folder must be in located within seperate sub-folder, eg C:\MY_DVD\VIDEO_TS), then set ImgTool to auto-launch ImgBurn, to burn the iso image to your blank disc.

couldnt be easier :D
