Hello everyone, here's hoping you knowledgable ones can help me. I am quite used to ripping DVDs to my HDD and then converting the .vob files to other formats if need be. But I'm rather stumped by something I've just noticed.
I have some old DVD's that contain some old video footage I shot of a friend's band a while back. At the time I copied the DV tapes onto DVD using my DVD recorder attached to my TV. So now I have all these DVDs with various gig clips on in different chapters.
So I have been using SmartRipper to rip these DVDs to my HDD and making sure all chapters are ticked etc. But when I check back on the .vob file after ripping it just seems to be the first "chapter" or clip and not all the rest of the DVD. And for the life of me I can't work out how to get the rest of the clips past the 1st one off the DVD and onto my HDD.
Has anyone got any ideas why this would be happening and how I can access all the other footage on the DVD to put on my HDD? I'm hoping it's something really simple that I've completely missed but I'm looking for some help if anyone has any they can offer.
Very kind regards.
