Linux tool to do 3:2 pulldown

Hey guys,

I am trying to convert PAL to NTSC. I can get the MPEG @ 24fps, but I need to add the pulldown flags for 30fps. Is there an app like DGPulldown for Linux?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The source code to pulldown.exe available on the source download page here compiles under gcc. It needs a minor change to get it to compile, if you're unsuccessful at building it let me know I have a modified version in a tarball here somewhere.

I'm not very good with code. I could compile it, I'm just unsure what "minor" changes need to be made.
