got the old famous buffer overflow error 0003 in the rebuilding phase of a concert movie "Ramstein Live in Berlin" in VTS_2, a multi angle section. Tried it a couple of times.. and the error occurs at the same spot all times

Just a reminder that error 0003 is not a bug in DVD Rebuilder, but is DVD Rebuilder telling you that there is a problem in the source. It usually is usually a result of a bad rip or some kind of editing.
Has the DVD been modified (preprocessed) in any way? Sometimes you may find that the ripper's (e.g. DVD Decrypter) settings have been changed (such as "remove angles" etc. being set).

is a disc that looks to have been through the wars but dvd decrypter said no read errors - not that worried its only jurassic park 3 - and its a crap film anyway - and i never bought it - was a present few years back :D

You don't have "ignore read errors" set in Decrypter, do you? That has been a source of this kind of thing in the past.

No... DVD Decrypter was set at normal. I wanted the multi angle part... Btw.. DVD Shrink made it... but quality was crap as expected

Some people use it to try and get past the purposeful error sectors in some DVDs... the problem is that is also masks real errors.
