Hi!

If there any possibility to convert NTSC DVD to PAL DVD using DVD-Rebuilder?
If no whats a easy why to this, I need to convert only Menu and Extras?

no not yet, and there is no easy way.

best way currently is with numenu4u, you can search the forums here for that
