World Clock software

I'm a bit fed up with having to adjust the settings in the WinXP (system-tray) clock every-time I want to check what the time is in other parts of the world.

Are there any third-party applications that can offer selectable world times?

You can customise it to display times for particular cities, then save the personalised-version's URL in your web browser.
