"Eddie and the Cruisers 2" counterfeit DVD?

I bought a R1 (Canada sticker on back) of Eddie and the Cruisers 2. I think it may not be a legit DVD. There are no DVD logos on the cover but worst of all the movie flickers and it is slightly crooked (most notable when the credits are playing). The cover looks the same as the pictures I could find on online DVD stores.

Does anyone have this DVD who can help me verify it's authenticity?

Apparently this disc you have was a VHS transfer -- googling found this:

If you can believe what you read on the Internet, this was the only DVD released.

Edit: www.imdb.com shows no official DVD distribution. It doesn't mean that the one you have is unofficial.

You could contact the production and distribution companies listed in IMDB's records, and see if there are others available ... but I doubt it.

Thanks for your quick response. I guess I will have to live with what I've got for now, it is a little better than VHS (but only just. maybe).
