DVD Shrink 3.2 without video window

I've recently updated my DVDShrink 3.1 to the 3.2.
Everything works ok, except that on the video window I can't play any item.
Video or Audio.
On the same PC, the 3.1 plays the videos + audio.
I've uninstalled 3.1 properly (?) and then install the 3.2.

What can I be missing?
This is not normal, is it?

It sounds like you've UNchecked "Enable video and audio preview" (Edit>>Preferences>>Preview)

The "Enable..." was cheked, but the DirectX has to be in "Built-in renderer".

Now works.
