having trouble with earthsea

im having making a backup copy of earthsea if tryed using dvdfab, dvd shrink and dvd decrypter. it will not get past vts_01_5.vob it will go about 3/4 the way then stop it never happen to any other movie i own :thanks: :confused:

This Hallmark/SciFi Channel release should have no special copy protection. I'd speculate that your disc is either dirty or physically damage.

Try cleaning the disc and then again try using DVD Decrypter v.3.5.4 to rip.

If the poblem persists, I'd suggest you return the DVD to the place of purchase in exchange for a new copy...
