dvd43 64bit support

From what I've read recently, a more significant question may be - will it be updated to deal with the latest incarnations of "ARccOS" and "RipGuard"?

The most recent version of DVD43 is v 3.6.2 updated Aug 2005, and it does work with new protection. Example "Stealth".

my computer runs on a 64 bit platform not a regular 32 bit & dvd43 is not compatiblewith windows 64 bit

We obtained the source of DVD43 and furthered its development, integrating it into our products.

Looks like they obtained the source code for DVD43.:confused:

That happened about a year ago - but does not preclude the publishers of DVD43FREE from continuing to develop and provide their freeware tool.

This type of confusion appears to be quite intentional on the part of the people at dvdidle - as the same thing has been done with DVDFabDecrypter, a "one note" ripper - Combining the names of DVDFab (V.0.17 freeware is a very different product) and DVD Decrypter...
