I've got a couple of files that the audio appears slightly before the video, in TMPGEnc, the audio is about 1/2 a second too 'early' how much should I change this by +/- milliseconds.
I'm trying to fit 4 hours video on a DVD (classic 60s TV), what sort of bit rate should I be reecoding my files to?
Also as TMPGEnc is only free for 30 days is there an alternative I can use to this purely to cut off the start and end of files that are not needed e.g. adverts.
