M2V and a AC3 .....need to cut/delete 10 seconds off

hi team..... i have a M2V and a AC3 ........i need to cut/delete about 10 seconds of film from those files.... TMPGEncMPEGEditor is great but doesnt support AC3.......... does anyone know of apps/software that can cut/delete from M2V and AC3

hi man......i tried Video Redo and it did the job nicely thanx for that.......problem tho when i re-build the DVD image and burn , the DVD will not play correctly... ie when i fast forward it jumps chapters..... i might look in to it a bit more.
