Need some advice for command line options in MKVtoolnix

When i mux files into MKV, i mostly use the batch method.
I use MKVtoolnix 1.50 (the latest seems not to work with append..)

I have 2 questions:

1- I would like to have MKVtoolnix to automatically add the file name into File/Segment Title. --title ??

2- Also, is it possible to pre-determine a specific folder onto a second hard-drive where the output-file will always end-up?

why not just use the gui? or you could config all the correct settings you want for one file, then just use script generated by the gui as a template for the other files.
