Turning Decrypted DVD's into DivX/Xvid

I decrypted several of my DVD's (For example, American History X), and they were decrypted as VOB files, (VTS_01_01.vob files, usually 1-4 files). Unfortunetly I have lost a few of them, and can't re-decrypt.

I was wondering what freeware (free is imprtant) I can use to link these together and change them into an Xvid codec. I really need to switch them from VOB files to an Xvid/DivX because im rapidly filling my HD. Thanks!

PS. Is there a way to put all of these files back into an IFO so I can put watch it on my set top player?
