How does one use TitleWriter w an image file

I've learned how to use TitleWriter to add DVD text to DVD's burned from Video_TS files/folders, but now I have a .img file and don't know how to add DVD text to it. Is there a more efficient way to do this than extracting the image into its folders etc, and TitleWriting from there? Can someone give me a clue please? Thanks.

You Can't. I don't think any post/pre processing proggies work with image files
