Alright. Here is my question. I have a bunch of 128kbps MP3 files at 44.1khz. I want to email them to friends one by one and want them in a WMA format. I wanted to use 22khz to have less artifacts. 22khz muffles the sound some though. What would be the best way to convert these 44.1khz MP3 to a 22khz WMA with the least muffle and best sound quality using dbPowerAMP 11.5 PowerPack?
