t264 opensource avc codec

just stumbled over "t264" available on sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/t264)

seems to use parts from x264

it offers a cmdl and a dshow encoder and also seems to have updates in the decoder

seems to be run by chinese people, and as the project has 9 devs i guess its run by a company, university...

I don't get the activity thing at sourceforge.. the CSV only shows really old files.

I recall the activity statistics includes downloads too, which makes it pretty useless IMHO.
