I have searched google and doom9, with lots of hits but few answers. I have a few 3gp files but no way to play them. Any links for codecs or players?
Thank you

Media Player Classic and FFDShow.

1. Mplayer (http://www.aziendeassociate.it/cd.asp?dir=/mplayer)
2. ffdshow (http://ffdshow.sourceforge.net/tikiwiki/tiki-index.php?page=Getting+ffdshow) + Haali media splitter (http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/)

mpc has an internal .mp4 splitter which might get used for .3gp too (which is very similar to .mp4)

now if the .3gp uses amr or h.263 streams mpc might not know them and might not handle them correctly

so try unticking the mp4splitter in the mpc options and try again

The quicktime player always works for me.
