Hi, i am having some trouble Authoring an mpeg-2 file i created w/ CCE SP.
This is the error i am getting
*The Combined Bitrate of the clip exceed's the upper limit for a standard DVD
The Current Bitrate is Video: 9800kbps, audio (Stereo AC3) 320kbps, combined:10120kbps
The Combined Video and Audio bitrate can be no more than 9.848Mbps (9,848 Kbps)*
I have searched the forum and have found nothing to this effect. The only thing i am not understanding is why TMPGEnc is saying the video is at 9800kbps, I used CCE (CinemaCraft Encoder) SP 2.70 in VBR mode with an average bitrate of 5000kbps and the limit's 2,000-9,000... it just doesnt seem right that it would be at 9800. I encoded the same AVI (16:9 PAL) to Mpeg-2 again just to make sure i had the right setting's in the first place. I used the AVI 2 DVD guide as well, and did all the settings the same... any help will be appreciated. Also... i tried encoding the audio at a lower bitrate, but it was still not working w/ 96kbps and still no luck.
