Overlay Mixer etc. not Working anymore, Filter unregistered

I accidently unregistered Overlay Mixer and VMR Filters while experimenting and now they won't come back, registering quartz.dll with regsvre32 quartz.dll only gives me old renderer but no overlay mixing, is there a way to fix this without restore points?

On my system, Overlay Mixer is C:\WINDOWS\system32\qdvd.dll, not in Quartz.

Yeah I tried that too but it didn't come back, hm ... but I found that zoomplayer has a reregister system filters and that way it worked, dunno if it calls a function other than what regsvr32 does ... hm
