How to create a Region 2 DVD?

I got a DVD player that is supposedly region free, but don't have any DVDs other than Region 1 to test it with. I'd like to test it before shipping it to my friend (who is the one who needs region-free capability).

What is the least time-consuming way to create a Region 2-8 DVD?

Is there a small .iso file available online that can be burned to DVD for the purpose of region testing?

make a copy, and burn it with dvd shrink and check the box (in dvd schrink backup menu) for an isolite region(3 or 4,...),...

or, check for remote controll code on http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks
and controll ur dvd player has been correctly set.
