rar parts to a program download please help

Could someone help me please.
I downloaded a program and it has 3 rar parts that make the program.
How would I install this program please?

Did you download this "program" through a peer-to-peer network?

I downloaded from a website.
I tried to find information about how to use winrar to install this program but I am confused on how to install all the rar parts so the program works. As this is the first time I came across rar parts.
How would I install the rar parts from 1-3?

Ordinarily a site which hosts an .RAR download will provide a link to WinRAR, as well as instructions on how to install it. Can you post a link to the site?

Iv'e got winrar how do you install the parts,please

from my experience if it *.r01, you open one and the rest should load; if it's *.001, tell windows to open with winrar
