I saw this article (http://www.chip.de/artikel/c1_artikel_17670022.html?tid1=9227&tid2=0) from Chip.de and I'm pretty damn excited. I can't wait to see this software mature so we can really get some encoding done!

This TRanscoder has a long way to be mature, for now it only supports 1-pass encoding and I think it is not clear whether Ati will allow third party encoding apps use the speedup, and if not, I fear will be be stuck with the ATI utility which, something tells me, will not be of any use for advanced encoding.
Basically, this thing is promising, but in early stages.
