Just curious. How do standalone players support DivX DVD/CD with mixed content? That is movie files + mp3 files + some data files/folders on the same disc.
Also, for DivX, should the file extension be .divx or .avi ?

Thanks. I want to put the DivX Play Bundle on the CDs I burn and wanted to know if players can ignore it. I don't have a divx dvd player yet, to test it myself.
Recently, I came across a shootout of diffrent players alongwith .divx support. Not many atm. So .avi seems to be a safer option.
