The problems to change the Frama rate in vdub with nth have passed

ok people , my doubt is simple use the virtualdub to enconder becouse this dont have a limity to pass that is something that like me but there is one problem i have some things here in 120fps and in the time that i pass this to 23 or 29 fps when i do this more than a time it do a problem one pass but the other give a error msg saying that there is a diference betwin the frames.
I checked all the pass and divide the frames Anyone cn say me if the error is a codec one or a something more?

Avery has acknowledged an issue here with VirtualDub. Another example is doing IVTC with VirtualDub. There is no solution in VirtualDub right now, do your decimation in Avisynth. See here:
