* If no, Will VDubMOD open the MP4 if I install Haali's splitter?

* If yes, will VdubMOD open a h264 inside an MP4 (x264-vfw codec previously installed)?

No and No and before you ask: VDubMod is not exactly under heavy development anymore and MP4 support is therefore less than unlikely.
