Fix utility for TS Audio Errors

I remember reading somewhere in the forums about a utility that will scan a ts file and fix any audio synch errors. It may have been in one of the updated guides mentioned in a post. It mentioned the audio errors identified by a bling in hdtvtompg2 utility. I find that now I am in need of this utility, but cannot find mention of it any where. Anyone have any idea what it was, and where to get it.

Ive used mpeg2repair and it seems to fix my issues. Might want to give it a try.
