After capture a video (640x480) with my TV card I have some doubts about Divx6.03.
The fastest performance setting is the only way to capture videos but this mode don't have interlaced option then I guess my videos are not properly interlaced because my bob filter is strange in these videos, and IVTC filter (TFM) is returning artefacts where MJPEG codec didn't return.
Can anybody help me?

Sorry my poor english.

DivX (or any MPEG-4) is a poor method for direct capture.

You should consider capturing in another format and converting. MPEG-2 and uncompressed (HuffYUV, for example) are the most common. It doesn't appear you have the hard drive space needed for uncompressed.
