Segmenting Winrar extraction file.

I have downloaded a video that is in Winrar format. When I attempt to extract the files, it attempts to create 1 file that is too large for my FAT32 system. Is there a way to segment the file into two smaller files? I attempted to use Winrar to do this but failed.
