Okay I have a couple of vob files but they dont have no ifo or the extra stuff like that there are just simplly vob files. So when i create the dvd with nero it says it needs the ifo and bup files and some what so how do i get those or create thoose.

could you please follow the Forum rules (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm), in particluar rule 9) 9) Use a title that describes the content of your post. you can edit your title by going to your first post and hitting the edit button.

anyways, if it is only the main movie .vob files, you can create the .ifos required by using ifoedit.

to be honest though, your best bet is simply to re-load the original dvd and start your process from scratch.

what are you trying to do exactly?

you may also want to look at the dvd basics guides (http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/dvd-basics.htm) to get a better understanding of what .ifo files are.
